5.3 Free Shipping: Enjoy free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders of $49.99 or more, and free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders of $99.99 or more.
5.4 Local Pickup: Customers located locally may select Local Pickup at checkout for no additional charge. Orders can be picked up directly at our warehouse located at:

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
6.2 Non-returnable Items:

  • Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery

  • Items that were received more than 30 days ago

6.3 Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
6.4 Refund Process: Once we inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
